Missouri Botanical Garden HIKE non club event

Starting Location: Missouri Botanical Garden, 4344 Shaw Blvd, St. Louis Mo 63110 (meet inside of the entrance)
Meeting Time: 9:15 am
Time of Departure: 9:30 am
Notice: There is a $4 fee to enter the garden. Bring your card if you are a member. Members most likely will be able to get you into the garden for free with their membership card.
Description: We will take a leisure walk through the Missouri Botanical Garden to see the spring flowers. If we’d like more, we’ll walk over to Tower Grove Park and back. 2+ hours.
Directions:
From Highway 44:
- East on 44
- Exit 287B onto Vandeventer Ave
- Right on Vandeventer for .2 miles
- Left on Shaw Blvd for 300 ft
- Right into the entrance of the Garden.
From Highway 40:
- East on Highway 64/40
- Take Exit 36B toward Tower Grove Ave
- Keep right at the fork, following signs for Tower Grove Ave S
- Merge onto Tower Grove Ave
- Right onto Shaw Blvd
- Left into the Garden
Experience Level: EASY and flat
Restrooms: at entrance to garden and at a halfway point near the Japanese Garden Lake.
