RIDE Starting Location: Sailboat Cove, Creve Coeur Lake

Time of Departure:    8:00 AM-Due to cooler morning temps and projected temps of 80 degrees.  Pleasant for August!

Description:  Ride from Creve Coeur Sailboat Cove through St. Charles to New Town and back. Additional 6 mile loop available on this route..  Also will have the Sailboat Cove to Smartt Field route available if you are so inclined.  It’s a 61.6 mile route.

Special Considerations during this time: Bring your sunscreen, lip balm, bicycle lights (if wanted)  Always carry sufficient amount of water and snacks.  


From I-70

  • Route 141 (Maryland Heights Expressway) south for 2.4 miles.
  • Left on Marine Ave. for 0.4 miles.
  • Right to Sailboat Cove parking lot.

From I-64/Hwy40

  • Route 141 (Maryland Heights Expressway) north for 8.5 miles
  • Right on Marine Ave. for 0.4 miles.
  • Right to Sailboat Cove parking lot.
