Description: Rolling ride through the back roads to visit Freeburg, IL.
Ride Leader Expectations: Final Speed – 14 – 15 mph Average. Drafting – There will be drafting on this ride. Distance – 44.6 or 50 miles. Depends on rider comfort. Climbing Elevation: 1530′ to 1775′ of climbing depending on route. This ride has mild hills. Riding time: Approx. 4+ hours, time on course 4.5 hours. Guaranteed good night’s sleep after a winter ride!
Directions:
- From I-55 and I-255 in South St. Louis County go 6.0 miles southeast across the Jefferson Barracks Bridge on I-255.
- Exit IL Hwy 3 South, go 2.2 miles and turn right on Veterans Parkway @ McDonald’s.
- Go 0.1 mile and turn left on Columbia Center just past Regions Bank.
- Turn right into the Schnucks MarketPlace parking lot.

Stops: #1 Rest rooms in Millstadt at Circle-K. Main Rest/Food stop in Freeburg at the MotoMart on Hwy 15 & Hwy 13.
