Road Closures

Bouquet Road CLOSURE for Bridge Replacement Project
Bouquet Road will be closed from Monday, May 14 through August 11, 2018 to replace the existing one-lane bridge on Bouquet Road located just north of Cremins Road. The bridge location is approximately 0.6 miles from the Melrose Road intersection and approximately 2.3 miles from the Old Manchester intersection,

Depart at 11:00 a.m. from Sailboat Cove at Creve Coeur Lake for a mostly flat ride to New Town and beyond in St. Charles County. Ride cancelled if raining at ride start time. Directions: From I-270, exit at Dorsett Rd. West 1.5 miles to Marine Ave. Right (north) on Marine for about 1.3 miles to Sailboat Cove entrance. Options for 25 - 45 miles. Rest/Food Stop in New town. Depart at 9:30 a.m. from Dierberg’s on Taylor Road in Wildwood. Multiple options from 16 to 44 miles on cue sheet. Directions: From the intersection of Clarkson Road and Manchester Road in West County, go west on Manchester Road (which becomes Hwy 100) approximately 2.4 miles to the stop light for Taylor Road on the left (south); left on Taylor Road for one block and then left into the Dierberg’s Parking Lot. Depart at 11:00 a.m. Due to the 3-week planned closure of Sailboat Cove Parking area for an Asian Carp cleaning project, depart from the Creve Coeur Lakehouse parking lot on Creve Coeur Mill Road in Creve Coeur Park for a mostly flat ride to New Town and beyond in St. Charles County. Directions: From Hwy 141 and Olive Blvd go east on Olive Blvd 0.3 miles, turn left on Creve Coeur Mill Road, go north 1.5 miles to Creve Coeur Lakehouse on the right. Use the Creve Coeur Lake Sailboat Cove normal Monday ride cue sheet. Options for 25 - 45 miles. Rest/Food Stop in New town. Depart at 9:30 a.m. Ride the Monarch Levee Bike Trail to Centaur Road then out into West County and Wildwood. Directions: West on I-64 (Hwy 40) to Exit #14 (Spirit of St. Louis Blvd.). Up exit ramp to traffic circle then make a hard right onto the North Service Rd. Go 0.1 mi and turn left on road leading to athletic fields and parking. Options for 26, 32, 37 or 43 miles. Depart at 10:00 a.m. Due to the Asian Carp eradication effort, Sailboat Cove is closed until mid-February. Therefore departure from Creve Coeur Lake Disc Golf Course parking lot for a mostly flat ride to New Town and beyond in St. Charles County. Restrooms at Sailboat Cove 500 feet northwest of the Disc Golf parking lot and accessible via bicycle. Directions: From Marine Ave and Hwy 141 (Maryland Heights Expressway) go southeast 0.4 miles past the entrance to Sailboat Cove to Disc Golf parking lot on the left. Options for 25 - 45 miles.
